HMD Strategy & Export Company Limited sources and exports handcrafted natural-fiber products from Vietnam's Mekong Delta. We work closely with skilled artisan communities, weaving villages that have refined their craft over generations, and turn that craftsmanship into retail-ready products for international buyers. Rooted in the trade since 2019, HMD pairs deep local expertise with a global outlook, and understands what retail chains, e-commerce platforms, and home décor importers need: consistency, flexibility, and the ability to scale.

Grown in the rivers and canals of the Mekong Delta, then sun-dried and handwoven into a warm, sturdy weave. Naturally tan, and easily finished in brown wash, black wash, or white.
A fine, rope-like fiber with a smooth, cooler tone. Tightly woven so trays and baskets hold their shape. A distinct material from grey sedge, with its own look and feel.
Our core material is water hyacinth: fast-growing, eco-friendly, and abundant in the Mekong Delta. All products are handcrafted and available for OEM and private label, based on buyer briefs and target pricing.
